Builds on Essential 1 mat work material with a focus on completing Essential level work establishing confidence and flow of execution. Incorporates Flexband and Fitness Circles into some exercises preparing you for more challenging Intermediate exercises.

A dynamic class of mat work exercises, structured to create flow without losing the integrity of the method. Equipment may be incorporated to stretch and strengthen muscles, open joints and relieve tension. A great workout for all levels.

What do I need to bring?
A Mat is included in the cost and provided at the studio. No shoes are required for a Pilates Mat class and socks are optional.
What do I need to wear?
Wear what is comfortable for you, but ensure your clothing allows you to move freely. Footwear is not necessary. It is recommended you bring a towel and water for re-hydration during Pilates training.
How long is each Mat Session?
All mat sessions are 55 minutes long.
