Clients are not members of Progressive Pilates, rather you pay as you go.  Mat class fees are payable in advance of the term.  Reformer, small group and private clients pay in advance for a block of 5 or 10 sessions.  A payment policy exists, including terms and conditions around late notice cancellations and non-attendance.

For mat clients, there are no refunds for missed classes, however you are able to attend other session times to make up for missed classes. These make up classes must be taken in the current term.

Additional make up classes are also periodically scheduled at short notice, often on a Saturday morning.  See the studio notice boards or our Home Page for upcoming make up classes.
