    Pilates helps manage injuries

    Pilates has significantly changed the way I use my body. I use Pilates along with massage and osteopathy to manage OOS (Occupational Overuse Syndrome) or RSI.  I have gone from having constant lower back and overuse pain in my arms and shoulders to virtually none. When I do get pain from OOS now my recovery rate is much faster as my muscles are stronger and my body is flexible, not rigid like a board. It's been hard work but well worth the effort.
