Just a big thanks for giving me the opportunity to do the STOTT PILATES® training course - it was outstanding. The course was so comprehensive and our instructor is so talented.

Also a big thanks to your staff who made us all feel really welcome in their environment and they were also encouraging when things felt a bit overwhelming!

I sense that the real work and study has just begun. I will be spending the weekend getting all my notes in order and lining my husband and Mum up for postural analysis so I can begin teaching them STOTT PILATES!
