What reformer class is right for me?

If you’re new to Pilates, try our Introduction to reformer class. This will give you the foundation you need to then progress onto our other classes with confidence. We currently are not running an Intro to Reformer on our schedule.

From there, we recommend moving into a reformer 1 class. For those clients with more experience, try our reformer plus class.

See below the full descriptions of all our available classes, as well as our reformer class timetable (bookings are essential).

Introduction to Reformer

We are currently not running an Intro to Reformer class on our schedule.

This class is tailored to those who are new to Pilates. Throughout this class you will gain understanding of the 5 basic principles of Pilates and how to apply them to movements. You’ll learn the do’s and don’ts of Pilates and how to use the reformer while working your body in a way that it’s never been worked before. It is recommended that you attend AT LEAST 2 of these classes before you move onto any other class.
